Cancellations and Booking Fees

We appreciate that life can get a little tricky! However, whilst we would like to remain lenient, over time last minute cancellations have increased and continue to significantly impact our business. After careful consideration, we have made the decision to reinstate our cancellation policy, please see details of our policy below:

 

Cancellation Policy Terms:

Card details and a booking deposit are required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. All booking deposits are non-refundable and may be redeemed against treatment on the day. This depends on the appointment type, and all new patients to the clinic, regardless of treatment, require a new patient consultation which has it’s own fixed fee. A new patient consultation fee is $50 and is non-refundable to cover our time.


We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or modifications.

We send out appointment reminders via email and text messages 48 hours before your scheduled time and make every effort to confirm your slot to prevent any cancellation fees.

If you're unable to provide the 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied.

Booking Deposit


For Injectable appointments, we request a booking deposit of $50. If the deposit isn’t received at the time of booking, the appointment may be subject to cancellation unless alternative arrangements are discussed.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, we reserve the right to retain your deposit. While the booking deposit is non-refundable, it will be credited to your Xen Aesthetics account for future use.
Deposits can be processed in-person or over the phone.
